Hopi ear candles are hand made using a traditional recipe using only premium quality, pesticide free, untreated cotton, pure beeswax, honey extract and natural herbs such as Sage, St John's wort, camomile and pure essential oils.
Ear candles have a purely physical function. A chimney effect is created as the ear candle burns creating a vibration of air in the ear candle which creates a gentle massaging effect on the eardrum. This educes a pleasant warm feeling and a balancing of pressure within the ears, forehead and sinuses. Helping with earache, headache, ear noise and nervousness. Wax is gently and comfortably drawn up into the candle by the gentle chimney effect.
After a treatment nasal breathing can seem fear and the sense of smell may be improved. Usually feelings of deep relaxation and a secure feeling are experienced.
Not suitable for those with a perforated eardrum or tympanostomy tube implants (grommets). Also not suitable if you have an ear infection or the ear or surrounding skin is inflamed.
