Total Wellbeing began in May 2004 providing a wide range of mobile and
clinic based complimentary therapies to improve health and wellbeing. Mobile therapies in the Barking, Dagenham, Romford,Ilford,Goodmayes and Barkingside areas.

Holistic Massage - A therapeutic Massage, adjusted to individual needs. Tight muscles relax and tension evaporates. Very relaxing
Hopi Ear Candles- A mild chimney effect helps to draw impurities from the inner ear, helping with sinus and ear problems. Deeply relaxing and soothing.
Indian Head Massage - Back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage, oils can be used to completely release all tension from your body and mind.
Hot Stone Therapy - Massage using Hot Volcanic Stones to deeply relax and rebalance energy.
