Reiki (Master/Teacher): A system of natural hands on healing originating in Japan. Reiki means 'universal life energy and can heal at any level of being: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Reflexology: Pressure point therapy where pressure is gently applied to the feet to release blockages in the body's energy flow, to help to re-balance the body's organs and body systems.
Aromatherapy Massage: Therapeutic use of essential oils further enhances the massage, and can help improve many health conditions. Each individual oil has different qualities which achieve different benefits; they can be used to promote relaxation as well as for physical and emotional wellbeing. The oils can relax or invigorate, help to improve focus, sports performance or help you to recover or cope better with challenging times. They are blended to suit your individual needs.
Holistic Massage - A therapeutic Massage, adjusted to individual needs. Tight muscles relax and tension evaporates - ideal for relaxation, to help pain control and to help improve sports performance or injury recovery.
Hopi Ear Candles: A soothing treatment for ear ache and sinusitis. A mild chimney effect helps to draw impurities from the inner ear and removes excess wax gently, helping to ease pressure and provide relief of the with sinuses, deeply relaxing and soothing.
Indian Head Massage: Back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage and energy re-balance. Oils can also be used to further enhance the treatment. Deeply relaxing and re-energising, helping you completely release all tension from your body and mind.
Hot Stone Therapy: Massage using hot volcanic stones to further enhance the massage for the ultimate massage experience.
